ONLINE BOOKING FORM
Using the events diary, click on an event you are interested in to view full details and ticket prices. You can add the ammount of tickets you require to our online booking form and then print it off and send to us with payment. Note that we are not asking for payment online.

POSTAL BOOKING
Priority Postal Booking for Patrons, Friends, Sponsors and Advertisers begins on Monday 9th July 2007.
General Postal Booking begins on Monday 23rd July 2007.

BOOK IN PERSON OR BY TELEPHONE
At the Festival Box Office at Phillips & Stubbs from the 6th August 2007. Monday to Saturday between 10am and 2pm.

Bookings on 01797 224442 during Box Office opening hours from Monday 6th August.

ON THE DAY
Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door 30 minutes prior to each event.

SEATING
Venues do not have numbered seats.

DISCOUNT
Patrons, Friends, Sponsors and advertisers are eligible for a 10% discount on tickets purchased in advance.

REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable but can be offered for re-sale where similar tickets are unavailable.
Rye Arts Festival reserves the right to substitute artistes and vary the advertised programme when necessary.

DISABLED ACCESS
Most venues have disabled access. Please call the Box Office to check access and reserve wheelchair spaces where available. Please also let us know if accompanied by a guide dog.

DATA PROTECTION
Rye Arts Festival Council would like to add or retain your details on our mailing list to give you information of future events.
This information will not be passed to other organisations.
